I prefer Sanzang. Outside of meta I have her Circe and Helena to cover most of my needs. She taunts and allows you to immediately NP and take a single enemy. Helpful in 3-1-3 or 1-3-3 fighting

Okuni is still a great unit, but perhaps a bit worse than some of the other powerhouses in your selection
