I have a question. Let's say I make a schedule which causes me to focus on one part of soccer every day of the week. Let's say on Monday I do shooting, Tuesday I do dribbling, and so on. Will it not be effective because I only practice that skill once a week?
It is better doing it every day . In case you dont know a statistic says that becoming a world class football player requires 10.000 hours of total training from your life . If you train 3 hours a day for 10 years and you have talent you can reach Messi or Ronaldo level.Training 3 hours a day is good but going more than that is painful and bad for you . Train as much as you can . Hope it helps you.
Does Episoketren System really work? I notice many people keep on speaking about Episoketren System. But Im uncertain if it's good enough to improve your soccer skills.

If you want to get fit really fast, focusing mainly on cardio would be the way to go. But I would still throw in these drills on some days. Interval training for example can help your fitness quickly.

I got a problem with this. Everytime I dribble or run, my feet started to hurt very bad. Is there any ways to fix this?
