Surely there's no point of using vegan honey for a sore throat because the benefit of it is for the properties in actual honey which vegan honey doesn't have since its not actually honey?
Hey Holly I’ve had the same knee problem since June. I still get knee pain but nothing wrong structurally. I find laying with my leg hyperextended with foot propped on a cushion seems to release pain/tension despite feeling slightly uncomfortable whilst doing it. I also recommend aqua aerobics movements and heat whilst trying to build up knee strength. The likelihood is that your kneecap isn’t sitting correctly in the groove which is what’s causing irritation.
hmmm that’s interesting! and I mean, I still need to speak to the doctor who did my referral, but that does sound very likely, regarding the knee cap being misaligned perhaps 🤷🏻♀️ thank you for sharing!!! 💚
@@HollyGabrielle sometimes it can be as simple as running on not even ground or you inner quad muscle not being as strong as your outer quad that just pulls it slightly. If you feel any creaking that can often be a telltale sign that it is miss alignment but a lot of the time knee pains go undiagnosed (like mine 😅). If it gets real bad again try a j strap brace/support. Hope it gets back to normal soon ❤️
@@HollyGabrielle I dislocated my knee when I was 15 (I am now 34). Been training on my quads and my hamstrings with resistance training. The knee pain that has been buggering me for more than a decade has dissipated away since I started. But LoveDay80 is right. I think aqua aerobics is a good place to start.

Digital nomadism is a nice concept but please be aware of your environmental impact all that travel has in the upcoming years. Hopefully your knee feels better and you can do more running!
it would be interesting to maybe add some protein powder or something like that to the energy balls just to make sure ones getting the required amount of protein I guess
I'm going to get seen next week for my ankle. It has been hurting a lot especially walking too. I never had problems while running but recently. My bf says I need to rest and my running days are over. I don't want to hear that because I really love running
WHere does your knee hurt? Also when I hurt my foot, I found that it “hurt” for a good few weeks after getting negative results on a scan but if you keep pushing through and it doesn’t get worse then its usually ok, and it goes away from experience
Holly have you actually been to a sports physio regarding your injury? Often knee pain is caused by problems further up your leg eg. Tight hips, glutes, or quads which a sports physio could help identify
Also if you’d be interested, I did my undergrad (in England) dissertation on the female athlete triad/RED-S and currently in my masters of dietetics in the US, and would love to collab/help out with a video on here or holly Gemia to outline the condition?

It's not really respectful/polite to eat your own food in a coffee shop, especially if you camp out with your laptop.

Hi maybe you have something called a runner's knee (look it up). I had it once and it hurt to walk/run but especially downhill
British Summertime doesn't cheer me up in the morning when I have to get up an hour earlier.
Have you been checked to make sure you don't have nasal polyps.I got blocked up a lot etc and had to have nasal polyps removed.
