omg, there is a popular childrens book called "Pettersson and Findus" by Sven Nordqvist and the man (Pettersson) makes nearly the same pancake stack for the cats (Findus) birthday!! I grew up always wishing for that as a birthday cake, so love that you came to the same conclusion with your recipe! (Maybe you won't be able to patent it though :D)

Have you tried the double chocolate myvegan cookie? Tastes a lot less artificial & less powdery/grainy than the salted caramel one to me (but sadly is not gooey) 😂

Yes, crêpes are more like paper, but they made something closer to an American pancake (which is more stodgy 😅). We just call this one a pancake, not a crêpe.
Crêpes are actually larger and thinner than a pancake. In France, we are using both crêpe and pancake but they’re different. For us, Crepe is not the translation for pancake, it’s a complete different dessert 😊 I hope this makes sense 😅

i'm pretty sure i have tried this one 🧐 but i usually go for a choc chip cookie, instead of double choc, but maybe we'll get them next time 😉
