The Big Ticket. League MVP in 2004, 2008 Champion, and one of the greatest PF’s to ever play. One of my all time favorite players. His mindset every game was to go out and destroy the opposition. Definitely a first ballot hall of famer for sure. Way to go KG.

Dude's a class act. My favorite wolves player of all time. My wife's mom waited on him when she was working at Olive Garden here in Minneapolis. Dude would drop a $100+ in tip everytime and was a frequent person visiting her restaraunt. Always friendly, always asked how she was, etc. RIP cindy - you're loved. She's smiling down on KG now.

Watching KG when I was growing up was a true honor. Dude was a monster and one of the greatest ever! He was one of the 1st position-less bigs in the NBA.
As a laker fan, he's the only Boston Celtic i've ever been happy for winning a title.

People forget how good KG was in his prime. He was an athletic MONSTER that never got tired, could pretty much guard every position, led a bad Timberwolves team to the playoffs while leading them in every major statistic. God bless you KG. You deserved this

He had an accident with a guy once and went to check on him, he said he asked if he was good and when he said he was he said it was like he flicked a switch and he was back to being the racing driver. Excellent documentary about him called Senna, much more about the character than the sport so I'd highly recommend it
