PLEASE NOTE: The pdf is a larger size than regular printer paper. It should be printed at 100% size. You can either take it to a printing store that prints large papers or print it on multiple pages from any home printer. This is easiest to do with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (which is a FREE pdf reader) just select "poster" before printing. This is my first time making digital patterns so let me know how it goes!

but how many millimeters is the foam you used for the armor exactly?
If you download the template, you'll find that the basic armor is 10mm foam (from floor mats specifically, but I used a sheet of cosplay EVA foam from my local craft store) and the details are from 6mm foam.

When using contact cement, you should always wear a good respirator with the filters for fumes. Breathing that stuff is a bad idea!
