This was a game changer, Kathy! Especially for those of us that cannot budget for a laminating machine. You are AWESOME, bestie! Thank you, thank you, thank you!❤️❤️❤️
Awesome Kathy tyfs! Kathy I’m reaching out for prayers I know that you will know exactly how I am feeling my 13 year old Mr. Bojangles my dog my best friend my child has been sent home from the hospital to pass away in peace with us he has end stage kidney failure please pray for me and keep showing Coco and tweety bird they put such a smile on my face thank you Kathy God bless
Oh Michelle…. Mr. Bojangles, we love you so much ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹 My thoughts and prayers are with you during this hard time. Only Lord can help us, so I will continue praying. Hugs and belly rubs 🙏😢
Hello Bestie WOW, so much easier and cheaper to do. I can’t believe it! Leave it to you to find this. I have no idea what I will use it for. At least not right now. The ideas are endless. I can’t wait to find something to do with it. Thank you for sharing. Blessings Kathy 🌹♥️🙏🤗😘
Oh my goodness!! So super easy!! I love the Christmas music laminated! I am going to try that and do my vaccine card haha.. thank you for all your awesome crafts and ideas ❤
I loved your cockatiel on top of your head! To me, that was totally normal. I've had many birds for around 45 years. Many of them have loved to hang out on my head. Currently, it's my Green Cheek conure's favorite spot. I always tell new friends it's the latest fashion trend. Lol 🙂 Love the ideas in your video. I was going to laminate something but couldn't find anymore sheets. I was going to try cling wrap, but I like the sandwich bag idea better, so I can laminate both sides at once. Using a sheet protector is a great idea, too. Thanks for the tutorial!
Awe.. so happy to have a bird lover here! You totally get it. My Tweety is only 3 years old, but I can’t live without it her, the worse is when I travel, I miss her and feel bad because she is the closest to me, she doesn’t like to stay in the cage etc…. I’m sure you understand. I wish I could see your baby. Do you want to join my group? facebook.com/groups/801047253797819/?ref=share_group_link&exp=8ce3
@@MYDIYKathy Yes I totally understand. I actually don't travel anymore due to various reasons, but I remember the first time having to leave my bird, Treasure (my first cockatiel), for a few days while I was on a cruise with my friends. I was torn between the cruise and leaving him! Lol But he had fun with them and was way excited to see me when I got back. I'm not a huge FB fan, but I definitely will join your group. There are not a lot of bird lovers in the Western states (as opposed to the Eastern ones...there are a LOT on that side of the continent...lol). It's always fun to connect with other bird lovers. 🙂🦜🦚
AMAZING . Sooooooooooooo very clever . I will be laminating everything now. Thank you soooooooo much for sharing this idea. You are the best , MY BESTIE.
U answered a question I’ve had for a long time; I just never had an extra item that I wanted to risk losing! Thank you. Happy crafting. Have a Blessed day! Ruth
Hey! I just ran across this, after watching one of my UA-cam peeps! This info here is a life changer for me! I have plenty of sandwich and food bags. I won't have to try and use wide tape any more! I went ahead a became a new subscriber also! Tfs. Much 💚, Dorothy
Hi my bestie what amazing ideas I didn't know 👍 TFS have a great night 🐝 safe and God Bless you and your family. Hugs for you and cute little Cocoa and Tweety.
@@MYDIYKathy you have no idea how much I look forward to your videos. It reminds me of my Polish family and traditions. Unfortunately my mom and dad are gone. My kids and grandkids live in Texas and Idaho. So it’s pretty lonely here now. You bright up my day!😍
This is amazing and such a less expensive way to laminate. Who doesn't have sandwich bags and an iron? You are so creative. I'm going to laminate my Medicare card. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Kathy. Very cool. Nice to know there is an option at home. You have the skills for sure. Much love. Thank you my friend. Peace, Love, Namaste, Laterrrrrrrrs

@@MYDIYKathy all I could think of at the time 😂 LOL years ago you could only get a tiny machine for ID cards or tiny things or take it to a place to have it done for you. Giving my age away here LOL 😂 yep so I started that many years ago... machines out are nice but as little as I myself would use it I will try your way or stick with my contact paper and metal edge ruler no air bubbles doing it this way pull backing as you go along easy! Note make sure contact paper is the better quality one removable with in a short amount of time. Both same price last time I bought other is very thin and buckle's up folds over unless bubbles and creases don't bother you.
Hi Kathy! So nice coming home from vacation and seeing 2 of your videos. You are a genius. This can be used for so many things. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
@@MYDIYKathy absolutely! I’ve been thinking of what I could laminate. I have some things in my dad’s handwriting and in my mother-in-law’s handwriting that I would like to preserve. My mother-in-law wrote : You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. We found that after her passing. Those words ring true many times. I have to add I love your cordless iron. My iron is old as the hills.
wow you save people a lot of money with this new idea. thank you.. i wlll try it. also do you have any ideas how to laminate pictures on wood pieces. what do you think. love your channel

I'm looking for music sheets. Wear can I get it.

How about using a steamer? Don’t have an iron anymore
Not sure about the steam, but if you have a chance to try please let me know Carla!
Can laminate recipes to protect them.
Can you use the same parchment paper again
Oh yes yes
👍👍
Hi Maria!
😊
Hi Barbara!!
Probably should be done with good ventilation because of the fumes created
Hi hun, Maybe your iron is too hot? I didn’t smell any fumes when I did it.
actually instead of parchment paper
Try it!
I didn’t like the picture but I liked your idea
Have fun with it hun!!
