- a pretty eventful yet chill day in my life vlog :)
helloooo my friends it's nina and here's another day in my life, but this time it's pretty chill. in this video i made dalgona coffee, i got some work done, i played animal crossing new horizons and gave y'all a sneak peek of my island, and i made some kimbap!
it's good to take a break when you can to just relax and do things you want to do and just heal. take things slow, do things you like or make you happy, try new things, take care of yourself. i do hope you enjoy this video :)
as i'm writing this i have bangbangcon (bts' online concert stream) streaming on my phone as i prepare this video on my laptop, it's been a great time. i've also been playing lots of animal crossing! i LOVE this game,,, animal crossing wild world was MY LIFE when i was young. animal crossing new horizons has been keeping me entertained.
i hope y'all are staying healthy and are doing well, getting enough fresh air, communicating with your loved ones safely, drinking plenty of water, moving around, getting enough sleep, all that.
it's been more than a month of quarantine and i really really really really miss y'all. of course i haven't met all of y'all yet but i miss having meetups and seeing your faces out in the world. hopefully one day we will be able to meet safely again. i love y'all very much and i'm grateful i can still be with y'all through the internet.

wait what- i am a black belt in taekwondo as well, I’ve been doing it for 2 years
to anyone who wants to make the dalgona coffee: you don’t have to use a whisk or a fork. you literally need a small bottle and shake it for about 3-5 minutes instead of 30 minutes of hand mixing 🤣

i use a whisk and it takes me like 2-3 minutes,, u just need to have a good technique of whisking. tilt ur bowl and whisk it on the side with adding lots of air to it,, if that makes sense ??? :D

YES SOMEBODY WHO DOESN'T MAKE A DRAMA OUT OF DALGONA! It's so much easier than anyone in the other videos I've watched made it out to be. I use a wooden spoon (cuts out the icky metal on metal sound) and it takes about 7 minutes for stiff peaks. So - definitely technique over strength.
