It's too bad the first house in Northumberland wouldn't work for the family with small children (and I agree, it wouldn't) -- it was gorgeous, and so interesting, and even the yard, being on a grade like that, was much more beautiful than the flat ones.
Me too, I loved that house as well. It was 100k below budget, had 8 bedrooms but being on a busy road was the downside for me and I guess that's why it's cheaper. My experience with house hunting bodies has helped me learn that a house being on a busy road, being semi detached, or needing updating or some sort of reconfiguration tends to be slightly or way more cheaper than new build modern turn-key houses off road.
I don't understand why a couple with 2 young children and an electric car would be shown a house directly on a busy road with no parking and with a steep garden with dozens of steps.
Oh that couple have been thru so much - i wish them every happiness x
Beautiful families, and amazing stories. I wish them nothing but the best.

Lovely episode. Thank you.
What lovely families! Thank you so much for this upload!
Where I live in France, if you offer the asking price, you get the property. No one else can offer on it. It’s a much fairer system.
Once again, thank you so much for uploading this interesting episode. We do appreciate it!❤
Georgia and Louis are a lovely couple. That she put up with 100 pairs of trainers( sneakers) is absolutely true love.
What fun to revisit and see where are they now - more please ! Thank you

I wish Giorgia and Louis all the best
Thank you very much :)
Is it pronounced “Sand-itch” ?
Then why is the town Dulwich called “Dull-itch”?
And how unfortunate! 😂
The 'upside down' house was stunning. WHAT is the woman's problem?
She didn't like it.
WHAT is your problem?
