Today i cook a Jackfruit curry in the Trangia 2.5lt Billy Can. I have come out to Rickmansworth Aquadome. There are multiple lakes and a canal here. The carpark is free and is quite big. I will come back to explore more in the future.

Another great video, Paul. I loved the use of jackfruit, which for me in Nova Scotia, is one of the more exotic fruits. I need to spend more time rooting around local Asian markets.

Interesting curry recipe, jack fruit is used as a meat substitute in vegetarian dishes. At the risk of sounding silly what is a triangle?

Been awhile since ive visited your channel...sorry. but im back now....Never had jackfruit. Not sure if we can buy it here. Florida USA. You say neutral..can it be used like tofu? Ive never had tofu either....lol.. guess i have been experimentally food deprived...lol. old dog trying to learn new tricks. Re subscribed

I actually hadn't heard of a billy can/pot before :) Thanks for turning me onto the trangia setup with it, I agree it sure looks like a top addition to the 27. And there's defo an ASMR aspect to these cook ups - nice easy viewing 👍
