No, because their hate for Activision is stronger than actual love of mw2. They might have been selling hacks, and got c&d. All these shut down projects never published anything. Yet iw4x never got c&d and is still distributing full game straight on their website. These mod devs are scumbags. It's in everyone interest to see the actual c&d, but cod community is such a brain rot that nobody even stopped to ask about it

They usually only take down custom clients that go beyond the content of the game that the client was created for (as in: Taking in stuff from different CoD games especially is an instant takedown) or allow for cracked games, we know that for a long time and it's insane that some mod devs still come to the conclusion that they should make more and the community that it somehow would work out this time. Sure hope plutonium doesn't get hit by a C&D after another mod team decided to play against the rules - we're already lucky to get a silent agreement for them ever since the OG MW2, can't believe that people constantly have to risk it turning to an absolute no due to pure ignorance.
