Always got to recheck your knots and line 😜
@chriswood15592 for sure, that knot was weeks old too 😄
planning on going down there tmr. any tips e.g. times/bait/lures. if you have any others would love to hear. thanks keep up the good work g !!!
I found start of outgoing tide to be most productive, diving minnows in 70-95mm or 80-95mm stick baits should do the trick for the big tailor.
20-30g metals will also work, if they are there feeding on small bait being pushed thru the bridge as a gauntlet they will smack basically anything infront of them even the small choppas will go a 95mm lure it's crazy haha
Yeah I think I'm going to fish the same side as you at narrows now.
When the weather is on the big boys show up that's for sure!
How big is the shiver stick you were using?
@@jackmehoff3406 95 21g mate
There’s a lad that fishes the river looks exactly like you with the same reel. Reckons he gets asked if he’s the bloke that UA-cams all the time 💀
@jessandsamrubes bahahhaha maybe it's my long lost twin!
When you gonna get a big mully from there?
Brah haha that's on the list maybe one day by accident it will happen 😅
Get the dogs. Need a catch and cook tho
Yea can do bro next time I take a feed home ill give it a go!
Seen that kid swimming upstream. He got your favourite lure dog 😂
@@ryantweddle6155 bahhahaha
I’m sorry but please don’t call tailor pelagics. It really triggers me
They are though, poor man's sports fish bahahhaha
@@TonysFishingAdventures I was calling them sport fish but I’m still yet to catch anything off a boat. Tailor are good fun on the light gear and taste good so ig they’re as good as any other sport fish
🤓
@@grantsmith505 alright grant mate
man I literally lost a lure the same way the other arvo, seen you pull that big tailor and thought I'd try the orange shiverstick... 10 casts later gone hahahaha
@chefarlington5676 damn bro that sucks, I couldn't find the orange anywhere in store so ordered another online, I picked uo the chart flash colour tho from tacklewest and looks pretty similar just silver 😢
@@TonysFishingAdventures tacklewest osbourne park have them! thats where i got mine from haha
What time of day was this brother
@@lochie_on_gfuel8051 that was maybe 7am in the morning bro
Hey mate new sub here 🎉 love ya vids!! Never caught a taylor personally. I have a channel too if your interested 🤙🏽🫡
@saltwaterfishingnq cheers bro, I'll check it out :)
Hey mate what's the most productive time during outgoing
@SpoolingChaos honestly bro I found first half of outgoing and strong easterly winds where the water is heavy flowing and all churned up the most productive but in saying that I went today, basically same conditions as yesterday and didn't even get a chopper haha the tailor seem to just do whatever they want but yea most the big ones iv caught have been first half outgoing during and after a long easterly. wind.
@@TonysFishingAdventures Is southerly anygood
@@FWA_ANGUS not too sure at narrows, id imaging it would be decent seeing all the bait be pushed up against the rock walls there though!
Don't swear like that in front of children.............
@johnsavage1109 sorry boss, was pretty excited about the catch! 🙃
