Great vid as usual buddy. If you don't want your fish to stick to the Stainless pan, make to dry the flesh off with paper towel or a rag before putting in the oil..leave it there until it's crispy and it will lift straight off without being stuck 😊

Bluefish is an amazing fish to catch and eat. At Greece we eat them only grilled on charcoal. I love the big ones 6-7-8kg
