Miss Jennifer.. Thank you for a very informative video. When you do the initial application, understand there is an assessment required first. I have a home computer pretty much out of date. Strong internet with hardwire capability. I am able to update my computer. After assessment is there time to do upgrade ?? Also with second monitor. Do you need to have this equipment on hand or do you have time to get it. many thanks
You just need to have the second monitor by the time training starts if the client requires 2 monitors. Every time you apply for a client, there's usually a tech check done and it will tell you what your computer needs to do that particular client. You can upgrade and re-take the computer assessment if the application window is still open.
Here's a link to a video I did a few years back on Arise vs Liveops: ua-cam.com/video/PEzoAScGf9A/v-deo.html Arise had self-paced training back then, however, they may have changed the way they operate since I made that video, so I am not sure if they have migrated to a more traditional training setting now.
