Oh yeah! I really resonate with you. And I explore uneven loops in my videos with guitar effects. Even in my last video I used this technique with Chase Bliss Blooper and Lekato Looper.
Man... thanks so much for sharing your techniques... I couldn't agree more with this kind of approach. Letting the loops flow feels so much more alive, like playing without being tied to rigid sequencing... I used to have a bit of a 'thing' against super rigid sequencers and machines for the same reason-it felt like there was no room to 'feel' or let things breathe. Over time, discovering these kinds of techniques has completely changed that, and honestly, I enjoy it so much more now. 🙌
I like doing this. I do a similar thing with subtle percussion parts. Another thing I really like doing in combination with this is adding multiple variations of the loop along with Ableton's random options to trigger a random variation once each loop ends.
lovely pad sounds.. very melancholic, very deep! would you share the three samples ? i would like to analyse the structure and rebuild it in a Bitwig synthesizer (i dont use Ableton)
You can set clip lengths for each of the 4 tracks, but you are bound to 1/32th increments. You could also loop multiple audio samples in a drum sampler, each with it's own lenght, but it's a lot of work and you would not have endless variation since the clip will loop at some point repeating the same sequence. If that makes sense.

Nice! The blooper is great for that sort of stuff✨I used to do it with the Mood as well❤️

Creativity comes from simplicity. At least, that's how I feel about it.
Great video!
It truly does✨
Thank you for this amazing video and tutorial 🙏 lovely track 👌
Thank you so much✨🙏🏻

Oh that’s cool idea✨
love it, thank you!
Thank you✨
really nice! thanks!
Thanks✨✨
Nice! I like it. I I've been putting Tape Mello-Fi (very subtly) on individual tracks, and using Tape J-37 on my master lately.
I absolutely love those plugins! Good good good!
Thanks✨ the J-37 sounds lovely🙌🏻
Great video, thanks!
Thanks✨✨
Nice one thanks
Are you Norwegian? Your accent is not unlike my own ;) cool technique showcase, I like the musique concrète angle.
Nice
Nice one. Ableton should send you a Push 3
Hey, thanks! That would be great😅

I’ll see if I can find them👌🏻 I’ll put them up on Patreon for as a free download.
@@andre_davies that would be awesome :))
Lovely.
Nerd question: do you recommend the Volt?
Ampere is stronger!
Thanks✨ I like it a lot! But I couldn’t necessarily tell you that it sounds better than a cheaper interface.
Is this technique possible in ableton move?
Absolutely✨✨
