I'm a long time console player who recently switched to pc. And controversially among other pc gamers, I literally just replaced my Xbox with my PC, and plugged it into my TV. I still sit on my sofa to play games with a controller, and when I need a keyboard I have a big ass tray that holds my mouse and keyboard. I don't intend to play any kbm only games any time soon, so this set up works for me. Also, being a console gamer, I've never known higher than 60 FPS, so the whole refresh rate issue is not even a concern to me.

also, what about wireless keyboard and mouse? i know they would have a bit of a delay, but aside from competitive matches, is it that significant? i've used a wireless mouse to play halo laso on my laptop, and it wasn't that bad, but what if it was also with a wireless keyboard? is it even possible to connect two bluetooth devices and use them at the same time?

But I realize i could just strip one HDD, put windows on it and use it as a console hooked up to the TV. Bluetooth PS4 controller. Wireless Mouse and keeb.
And put all its components in a plastic basket instead of getting a new case.

Yeah I have a super powerful gaming pc but I've never played it on a monitor. But my trusty Samsung 55" is rated as having a very good response time though I can't remember the number now. Either way I am happy and have never noticed any problems gaming on the tv. It's also possible I just don't know what I'm missing out on. I think the tv industry is catching up as a viable option for PC gaming. I also think the overall benefit a person gains from having an ultra Fast Response rate depends heavily on what type of games they like to play. The super fast-paced competitive variety you're going to want a super fast response rate and a monitor will obviously be a better choice. If you like single player adventure and exploration type games than a decent television would be fine.

Hey me again. I just thinking your missing a massive market here. You business is selling cheap gaming pcs/laptops? I would of jumped at buying one had I known this was a option before I brought mine.
You should be doing videos that are linked towards your unique business as I think you said there isn't much competition? Make videos for beginners about building PCs! I would absolutely love to learn if it meant saying a dollar on a good gaming pc/laptop! If you think it would mess up the algorithm (which isn't working for you anyway!) Make a second channel as most people have more than one anyway. Make some trial videos around it and also a separate vlog channel for pc/gaming events so it doesn't mess up the alg for your videos here. Really hope you listen to this advice or look into it or ask on reddit about it as i think it's the edge you need to stand out. I think your videos also need abit more editing BTW. X

Yes you can. It’s just like setting up two monitors, just search how to if you want to hook up to a tv and monitor. A tv/monitor is just a display output.
