Vintage Zonk Machine Fuzz Demonstration

- A quick demo of an original 1960's John Hornby Skewes "THE ZONK MACHINE" fuzz pedal. This is one of only a handful made with a hybrid germanium/silicon transistor combination. I do not own this pedal, so please don't ask me if you can purchase it. This was mainly to demo the pedal for the owner before I ship it back to him, and also for anyone interested in vintage fuzz pedals.
Pure bliss from 0:45 to 2:15, the improv is amazing and the pedal sounds equally great in this low gain setting. No surprise though : I had the Italian 66 Fuzz (the big one) and everybody was amazed by its sound.

I just bought the Repeater and I love it. The tone is perfect and its dynamic with my pick attack. Was just curious why you don't take your company farther? It seems like you only do brief runs for whatever reason I'd just like to know why that is because with the quality of circuits you run you could be huge if you wanted to be.

@@diypedals9831 I think it's ~standard tuning ~1/2 step down.
looks like 1/2 step down but the low e string tuned to G(flat) so it can give you the drone

Unfortunately I can't build large quantities of the original style clones in the groovy enclosure right now. They are currently only available as auction sales. I may make the smaller "ZOINK" available to order with this transistor set in the near future. There is currently a wait list for the Zoink.
