    Great combination of the Porterhouse steak, and chanterelle mushroom ragu. It looks like the perfectly balanced gastronomic experience. Any of the previously paired meatballs sides- the root vegetables would have also compliment it as well. Your High marks are well-earned again, Andreas! 👍❤

    I was under the impression you serve fenalår with rømmegrøt, first time seeing it being served with ham.

    My ancestory is from Drammen, Norway. There is no way that I would cook that. However, fast food Artic Circle. .................has halibut :)
