Hi Peg - you are just the prove of how powerful the moringa plant is. Me too , since consuming it daily I can feel its healing benefits and it gives me good energy. Wish you a beutifule day
Hi Sarah, love your videos ! You are such an inspiration to me! Please do a cookbook with all your amazing food creations ! I live in a tropical environment and learned so much how to use fruits and plants in more ways ! Sending a big hug !
How are you, Sarah? My sister also has moringa powder daily as she is suffering from juvenile arthritis and moringa powder is good for the joints and bone health. Your videos always cure my depression.
hey rabi , thanks for visiting and yes the moringa is really an amzing healing plant , since I consume it daily me too I can feel the benefits of it an it gives me lots of energy,
Nice to see how you can use the leaves 🍃 and seeds of the moringa tree. I'm growing one from seed in a pot. It's now 2 m high but I have to keep it inside in winter. So it's good to know that you can cut the branches and grow new trees because the seeds that I have are very old by now.
Please can you send me Moringa seeds?! I’m desperate to grow them in Spain but all the seeds I buy I can’t get to germinate. Yours look five times the size of the ones I’m getting. 🙏 Happy to pay. You should have a seed shop 😃
Capturing all the essence of nature and giving knowledge to the viewers . Iam learning things like , sun drying , powdering etc . Smoothie with fruits and flowers was looking great . Thank you for the video . Sounds in your video are amazing . May i know what was the flower you kept in the glass bottle ?
because I feel the best eating raw living foods . By cooking we destroy most of the precious nutrients and enzymes that we need to thrive. And also it is much easier to prepare and eat raw foods. I was running a restaurant for many years and do not feel the need to cook anymore and make the food into something different that it is provided by nature.
@@MyFoodForestyou took it out of its natural state by blending and juicing and drying the leaves the biggest problem in today's world you are all very confused on food what and why to eat good luck you need
I did not know that about Moringa seeds in relation to the sweetness. I will have to try. Also if you zest the seed pods when they are green they are like eating Wasabi. That’s why the tree is also known as the Horseradish tree. Thank you for this video, was amazing 🙏🙏🙏
oh and I did not know that about the green seedpots, how interesting!!! I love wasabi, and usually make some wasabi tasting paste from some green leafs that have a similar taste. Defenetly will try this out today:)

Hi Sarah. What was the flowers that you added to your smoothie bowl? The toppings made it look so delicious!
The yellow ones are purslane flowers and the pink ones are a wild edible week that we call harmony , I do not know the botanical name of it

Humidity is always too high where I live to air dry herbs. So I use an electric dehydrator. Some times I might be able to use a solar dehydrator.
Same here , the humidity is to high most times to make moringa powder and other dehydrated foods. A dehydrater is a good thing to have in our area.
