Have you ever had a Burnt Basque Cheesecake? This type of cheesecake went viral a couple years ago. I finally boarded the band wagon to try it out recently and I understand the hype. It’s so delicious! It’s light and airy yet at the same time decadent and rich?! I also love how easy it is to whip up! I used Bon Appetit’s recipe made by Molly Baz.

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter (for pan)
2 pounds (4 blocks!) cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

It's much easier to line the pan with parchment paper if you crumple it up first.
These videos are always so lovely and relaxing. I was surprised by how much the cake rose in the oven.

AHHH I /love/ this cake, it's been my favourite since i've tried it. Yours looks so good...
we do it a little bit different in Spain tho, we don't use flour so it has a creamier and lighter texture. I can show you the recipe if you want!! also try putting a little bit of goat or blue cheese on it, it makes a huge difference.

What medium do you use for your drawings? Colored pencil? It looks like digital art.
