You can make it look easy too, just take your time and follow the steps. If you make a mistake, start over...keep practicing. The more you work with your tools, the better you understand them.
Hi, thanks for taking the time and effort to make this. I would like to see the logo on the front of my caps so I noticed when you put your cap on this it also took up the slot below it, in theory you could only cut 5 slots to show 5 caps fully? Another video? lol
You never said how far apart your pilot hole is away the very first hole how far apart are they 6 in 8 in 4 in you said you had a template down below the Templeton tells how far apart the holes are
Since you used a template. It would be helpful if you gave more measurements- Hole circumference. Where the holes are, you said center but they’re clearly not- ? You did say one each thick spacer….
I printed out the template pdf and it didn't print to scale based on what width board he was using. Based on another youtube design I would guess about 4 inches (100mm). The hole he drilled is larger than the other youtuber design but my guess would be a 1.25 to 1.5 inch hole with a slot .75 to 1.0 inches. The angle used here was 45 and I think that is OK. The spacing between vertical racks should be about 1 inch (or wider) than the typical ball cap width.
This worked great. I made one for my son as a Christmas present this year.
Great job- that you. i think I may make one for my brother in law. He has a lot of hats!!
Just made one thank you!
Great video. Thanks for posting🤙🏾

RaCo Woodworking I hope so. They need to open back up so I can make the trek out to a game from SLC
You make it look easy... but I think it’s hard for most people! I like the music.
It is't really that hard, just have fun with it and give it a try.

I'm not allowed to use big saws and "dangerous " equipment so I'll improvise and use popsicle sticks

He did mention the bit was 1 1/2 inches.
Can I get a copy of your template to make the holes for the rack

I was thinking the same... he could start a cap rack business!
I have done very similar with Woodprix designs.
