- I have a ton of baseball hats so I decided to make a baseball hat rack our of wood. This is a pretty easy wood project that anyone can attempt to make. I made it as I went so by no means is it perfect but it will do the job.

Oh man that’s the one half of the really good fishing rod holders lol!! I just made one for my uncle! Looks exactly the same and then the rod end holder just has a hole through!! Awesome! Lol
That turned out awesome Jimbo. A man of many hats lol
awesome idea for scrap wood!!! Adding it to my list!
Came out nice with the burned look 👍👍
Looks really good👍
Hey Jimbo, always look forward to your new stuff.
Thanks for watching Will, Jimbos garage!
Sparks and fire is the best way. Although a wood top is always gonna look better
Thank I was looking to see if you cut both 42 inches holes and angels on the band side all on the same side or did you have flip it for left and right side or does it matter both pieces cut holes and angel cuts are the same
Great job
love the projects mate. just an idea, drill a pilot hole all the way through, then follow up with the forstner drilling half way from both sides. all the best.
Thanks for watching and the info! Jimbos garage!
olá.meu nome é Thaigo, sou de mirante da serra ,Rondônia e adoro seus videos. Parabéns
Since you made the rack show me what it looks like with what bills in them
Nice hat rack
Just a tip: You can easily fabricate an internal sander by cutting a slot in your dowel, doubling your sandpaper and insert it in the slot, then just chuck it up in your drill and have at it...
Awesome! Thank You for the idea, will be adding to my shop
they have sand paper for bird perches at walmart and pet stores that would be perfect for sanding out those holes!
very cool project💪
Ive never subscribed so fast
Came out great! I think if you were concern with the holes, maybe first drill pilot hole, then half way one side, then the other side... more work, but hey, aren't we having fun or what?
Thanks for watching Manny and your advice, Jimbo!
👍
Dimensions? Hole spacing?
How far were your holes cut apart?
The mad hatter would love ya !
Nice Rack Jimbo! How wide by how long is your shop (just the working area). In one of my videos I had to sand some holes, I used my die grinder and a flap wheel. Worked great. Keep up the videos, I love them and your projects.
Thanks for watching, The garage is 25' x 35'. Jimbos garage!
Awesome project. Will be making one myself. What was the spacing of your holes if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks for watching Trevor, 3-1/2'' center to center Jimbo!
@@JimbosGarage thank you very much
looks like a gun rack but you did a great job jim
oi bom dia. voce trabalha com pirografo tambem
What you are calling a hat is in fact a cap. It is easy to remember cap because the letter "C" is the shape of the beak on a Cap. Hats have the brim passing all of the way around, like a cowboy hat.
Thanks for watching Bob, Yes this is true, Thanks for the clarification. Jimbos garage!
Is that tom Hanks narrating?
Excuse me but this idea was taken since 2015 please give credit to Ricks Customs please?
Not patented, super simple concept. I made a rack just like that in 6th grade wood shop class (1986). No need to give undue credit to another channel.
