It really does make a difference in sound and how much more supercharger you here, I have a 2015 Hellcat with FBO and running on E85 with the jlt and damn does it sound good, also just bought a 2021 super stock and I have to say even though their intake are the snorkel kind and pretty much set up like the jlt in a way you can't hear the supercharger as much sad😢.. but fuk it I got a super stock so I'm not upset in any way, I just have to badass cars now. Keep up with your shit man it's nice
@landoninahellcat8745 if it wasn't for California in a damn laws actually never would have got the super stock, still having a hard time trying to get my 2015 to pass smog.. believe me people it's not easy and I have friends in the community. We're working on it..
Did you get a chance to dyno the new intake compared to the old one? It looks insane and huge. I only ask because when it came out, I spoke with JLT and they told me there no HP gain over the previous design. Hoping you can dyno and prove wrong, so I can order it lol i love the new design

I bought this when it first came out and I believe JLT changed some things after realizing the hood wouldn't close. You can reach out to them or remove the black plastic piece and then it will close. Hope this information helps you
Do you have a modified exhaust? I have a 2020 RE and have the LMI intake with the mid muffer delete. I can hear the whine pretty good with LMI but unsure with JLT version 2 with my modified exhaust .

Lol you don't know what you're talking about. Go do some research instead of spitting out stupid comments on the internet. This intake is designed for the hoodscoop. JLT has the dyno video showing 25 to 30 wheel over stock intake. Is that a waste?

Just checked the site. Looks like the 2017 model intake system comes with the brackets to fit on the 15-16 years! Found it in the instructions in case anyone was curious.

The one that suctions over the intake. That has the hellcat logo on it. That's the reason it's not closing. I had to do the same thing
