If people are coming here to see how to change a tire, it would in most cases be most helpful to show the process with the equipment that comes with the van, ie, hand tools and the jack. Anyone who owns a floor jack wouldn't need this video. Also, people don't have a floor jack with them in the van when they get a flat while driving.

So before watching my video you knew exactly where the factory tools were at right underneath the front passenger seat right and you knew that you had to take that little tool to the back passenger side corner of the Van to lower the spare right and you knew you had to set the emergency brake so the vehicle wouldn't roll off the Jack right. You knew all of that before watching this video yet you couldn't figure out how to use the factory Jack use the factory Jack unless I also included that in the video. I don't have time for that and neither do my customers. I try to make the most helpful videos I can with the time constraints that I have. Thanks for watching

Yea this is crazy what happened to me yesterday on a 2016 Ram Promaster City 1500 tire change...it doesn't have this very strange setup...it has a diagonal tire lowering hole...now the guy didn't have all the tools as is often the case so I had to lower the tire by just by hand turning it so I do that and remove the spare and then go to windup again by hand and the cable doesn't wind...first time ever in my life have had this happen so after I'm like what in the world so I grab the carrier end part (that you put through the center of the tire) to give it a little tension maybe that'll help it wind back up well the cable comes right off like and looked like the other end was snapped and the guy says did you have to cut the cable to get it off and I said no idk what happened that's a first. My thought is that the cable must've been cut or snapped in the past and just what was left was inserted into the spool to wind it back up...has anyone ever had a cable snap or come disconnected on them w basically no force applied...well anyways I dont know if I'll have to pay for a repair or not but all I can say is what in tha world...could it have been my fault is there something I'm missing on these vehicles...absolutely crazy I wish I'd filmed it to put on youtube and ask ppl wtf is this? A day in the life man.

Thanks for the video. Just bought a 19.
This video was way too fast for me. I guess I'll have to do this on my own

Nice video. Thanks for sharing. Do you have the amazon link for the Impact drill that you’re using? Thanks again

Bought it at Home Depot online. It's cheaper online and you get more. Best impact I ever had. Last on was a Snap On. Thanks for watching.

Great video man. What kind of impact drill is that? I'm fat and will get winded trying to hand torque it off lmao

You're going way too fast to figure out the tool - as ours is missing...do we need the hook on the end?

Pause and rewind I guess cause I mive fast. The hook is for the jack.

Should have reinstalled the hub cap. Just sayin. Often since the spare will stay on the ground, the cap will otherwise get lost.
