Stir Fry Bokchoy With Beef 上海白菜炒牛肉

Ingredients :
250 gm. slice beef today I use eye the round
2 lb. Bokchoy
1 pack. white shimeji mushrooms
1/2. cup. slice carrots
2. clove. mince garlic
Sauce :
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbs. Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
Water mixture :
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbs. water
Marinate beef. :
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbs. cornstarch
2 tbs. rice wine
2 tbs. water
2 tbs. oil
Boiling water for blanched vegetables :
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbs. oil
If you use 1 lb of vegetables just
blanched 20 seconds
