Guys just in case you didn't know because they didn't explain this very properly . They have a segment called 'the worst moment of the week' where they explain what the worst moments of their week was. Hope this helps.

hey guys just incase you're new, there's a segment at the start of the podcast where they talk about their worst moment of the week, unfortuanetly its explained poorly mostly because the bald one (on your right) tends to interrupt which just makes it more confusing. but the segment is called "The worst moment of the week" and in the Worst moment of the week they talk about their worst moment of the week, it's a little confusing due to the name of it, but that's what happens when he doesn't allow tommy to explain it. But yeah so it's like every 7 days, they bring up the worst moment of their week. Also just for clarification there's a segment which is explained poorly called "Hows the worms?" which is like checking on the worms, just thought i'd clarify
@@JojoDaYoyo Ahhh yes! so that’s what they were doing. I always struggle with that first bit of the podcast and get wound up trying to understand. Thank you for explaining it so clearly!
@ yeah no problem! It can be very hard for new listeners, because it’s not really explained well, and then when they actually attempt to explain it, it just gets interrupted, they should defo look into how not everyone will get every topic right away
hey tommy you should look up heated mattress pads that'd probably be exactly what you're looking for. It's like your regular mattress pad that goes under the fitted sheet except it plugs in with some gentle heating coils in it
guys sorry if youre new here, there was a bit of a moment that wasnt very well explained. theres a segment of the podcast on every episode, the first segment of the podcast, is called "the worst moment of the week" where they take turns talking about their worst moment of the week; and thats the first segment of the podcast where they talk about the worst moment of their week in the podcast
and for some extra clarification: the very beginning of the podcast (the podcast is them(them being tommy (on the left) and jack (bald) discussing a variety of different topics and having a laugh or two), just after the into plays, the very first segment(bit) of the podcast; they(tommy and jack) talk about their worst moments in the week they were notin the studio recording the podcast. they take turns discussing their(tommy and jack) worst moments of the week, whilst comparing whos is worse(tommy or jack

I RELATE SO HARD TO THE "LACK OF CONCEPT OF TRAVEL TIME" thats often why im late too bc in my head "starts at 4" somehow in my head translates to "leave at 4" or because i wildly over/underestimate how long it will take to get there... travel time is a biiittcchh
I really get Jack's comments about missing reminiscing with friends. I am the same age and i think its accompanied by a strange feeling of nostalgia for childhood and teenagerhood. You never realise when your current normal is going to change
36:00 I relate to what Jack said here so much. I'm in my 2nd year of Uni now and like, the town I came from is infamously a shithole, horrible really. But I miss it? Like if you saw somebody, that person knew somebody you knew. It's got about a population of 70-100,000. At Uni (which is about 2 hours away from my hometown, which in England, is pretty far off), I bumped into a guy from Burnley (my hometown) and we got so excited. Talking about all the things that everybody knows about, our celebrity crack addicts and weirdos. As a kid he lived a 2 minute walk away from my family home! It was wild. Idk I really understand his excitement, because I'm not 'proud' of where I'm from in a conventional sense, but I kind of am? Like I love my home town, even though I don't ever want to go back (mainly because of how ugly and dangerous it is). But people would just say hi to you, I mean, I still live in the North, but it's a city? So you don't get that friendliness back home. I don't stick out the same way I used to. The emo community was just so like tight, we all knew eachother, we all shouted compliments at eachother. Old women and men would sit next to me on the bus and have a chat with me. Idk I just miss the community I guess.
@lilison7663 yea bro, we used to be really good friends, but this mixed with a lot of other stuff he's done, and I just can't be friends with him anymore
Guys i fell like they don't explain this clearly enough- one of the first segments in this podcast is something called "worst moment of the week". Where they share their worst moment of the week. Hope this helps ;)
I also dislike when people say they would do stuff and then don't. I had 2 weeks off work, and someone said they could do one of my jobs I do once a week. She didn't do it and didn't tell me.
it always feels mad listening to jack talk about mansfield. he's the only public figure i know of that's from there. to me mansfield feels small and kinda invisible compared to a lot of other places in england, so hearing where i'm from be talked about on a big platform has always felt quite surreal. it's nice though, and i think it's an aspect of why i enjoy both of your content so much, it feels very familiar to me in a comforting way that i don't get from other creators that didn't grow up local to me (mean this in the least parasocial-sounding way possible lmao)
I feel like tommy's worst day of the week is like Idid something Molly don't like so me angry and then Jack's worst moment of the week is like I feel of a plane 10km in the air, feeling good
