Great work. Love your vids. Just upgraded to 3 sreen system and wondering how you would get a working dmd on a Romless table. If there is no rom, then I can't hit F1 to show external dmd. Any way I can create one? Do you have a vid on that? Tried searching, but no luck.

Please Please Help. Followed all your steps . im using VPX with one monitor for all to display on. Using the program and pinup baller to play no cabinet. When i put the fulldmd to forceback for the table it disappears completely. When i put it on force on it shows and stays but then the dmd goes behind the video when it reloops. How do i fix this?
I'm following this video but my fulldmd video will not display full screen. it only displays on the bottom half of my screen. I went in to configure displays and set apron for full screen but it still won't go full screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Also if I do it the other way you showed us it works, but I want to do it this way so I can choose which games I want to have it on.

@@MajorFrenchy when i assign a png or mp4 in media man for a table with no full dmd (stranger things) and then set 5 on in games mana, i load up the table in popper or just in vpx, and i get a working table, working ultra dmd backglass and pups, but a blank Full dmd screen. I've watched the tutorials and i don't know why it doesn't seem to work for me, but works for everyone else.
I am afraid there is no such thing. Most people get a new kit from Virtualpin or they make their own. I invite you to come visit the Discord bit.ly/virtualpinball and there is a cabinet building section and a plans section where you can ask.
I don't understand why you're doing this the hard way. You set it up on the popper screen menu, save it, move one DMD inside the overlay, save it Globally and you're done. Ultra DMD and B2S requires a bit more effort to move them inside the DMD overlay, but it's not complicated.
Pinup Popper does not give you the option to set the video forced back on the screen menu, it will work 1 time if you set it the way you are describing and the Dmd will go behind the Video as soon as the video loops for a 2nd time and you will loose it. I tested it that way and yes it would have been a lot easier. But it does not work.
@@MajorFrenchy I have all mine working without creating a puppack and they do not lose focus on the loop. I use Andrews and the ones I have created and neither has given me any issues other than the black flaggers I created. I can't get the DMD for that on top The only issue I do have and to still sort is I lost my startup video on the DMD. Not sure if that's related to this or me screwing around with things when I changed to a full DMD.
@@rayp8765 You are probably using the forced Dmd/ Apron and forcing the emulator to keep the screen open. This is a solution that will only work if someone is using pinup popper as a front end. This is what will be in the new video.

the videos are 1440 × 810 my resolution in this video is 1360x768

@@foxvader1 yes terry, a 15.6 inch tv. But you can have whatever size you want and only use a dedicated portion of the lcd
I'm starting to design my pinball cabinet, what size would you recommend I make the DMD?
There are no real standard size when you derive from the original Dmd size. Mine is a full Dmd 13 inch x 7 1/2 ua-cam.com/video/4ApllM8qiH4/v-deo.html

Very nice video but when i set it up it uses the slim DMD instead the Apron/ FullDMD. How can i change that?

how does this work if you are ONLY trying to add a full dmd overlay, the backglass is already a b2sbg file.

Check out the other preferred method. This is basically for people not using pinup popper
Not everyone uses Popper. I'm using PinballX and your way would not work. This way does.
