For some odd reason I built and still have about 90 (2 battalions) of this model painted for the European theatre. I think I built them in 1968 or thereabouts!! I could virtually build them with my eyes shut after about the first 30 or so!!!😂
When I was younger, I used to spend the year building Allied and Nazi tanks. Then on Bonfire Night, we'd be out in the garden, and blow them up with bangers. We'd start with a German tank, then an Allied, alternating until only one was left. This was always an Allied victory, as I always built one extra for them. 1945 all over again. What a waste of money, eh?
Not at all. When l was a child l would chose the kits that l liked and buy them - cost 2 shillings ( 10p in today's money). Then l would make them, paint them and build a diorama for them. After all this work l finally shot them to pieces with my Airfix gun. Gave me hours of enjoyment. Regards. Professor Ken.
@Demun1649 Nice to know. Me l was just an ordinary science teacher and taught general science in the lower school and chemistry and maths in the upper school. Children and colleagues referred to me as the PROFESSOR and that nickname just stuck. l now only use it on my channel.Regards. Professor Ken ( haha )
Nice
Glad that you liked it. Regards. Professor Ken.

@@ken-vc8bf Did I mention that I was a Professeur, as well? I don't tend to use it except in my subject, in which I was world renowned.

Is one germane🇩🇪 tank ?
Indeed it is. Most of my models are of British vehicles but occasionally l do make others if they appeal to me.Regards. Professor Ken.
