    Love this throw but it is a young mans throw, get old and your back just can't do it. I learned this with a bit more of an arch where we would walk down the wall with your hands to get your head as close to your heals as possible.

      Thank you. And you're right. It takes great athleticism to do it. I also remember the exercise you mention. My trainer used to torture us with it as well 😅
