      That’s because it is. It’s like the motion of a Hiptoss but done backwards. A Hiptoss is done by crouching the same way you do for a double leg but done from the side. But instead of throwing them from your side in a BJJ clinch, your throwing them from the back in a Wrestling clinch and using your legs like springs. However The first one he showed is just done in a Wrestling Clinch grabbing the back while a Hiptoss is done from the side in BJJ/Judo Clinch. If that makes sense
      Basically it’s easy because your popping up from crouching lifting your opponent off the ground and using their weight as a way of direction like how a roller coaster performs a loop after it dives.
      That’s as best I can explain it

    They don't allow suplex in bjj because it is "too dangerous" but you can snap someone's arms, legs, pop thier joints, and choke them out because those techniques are not.

    • @thomasr1797
      @thomasr1797 4 роки тому +1

      You've probably never grappled with such an idiotic statement or you would exactly know what I'm talking about.
      Not only direct head contact to the floor can happen even if you tuck your chin, use your arms and shoulders, given the angle of the suplex, especially belly to back suplex, any kind of lift/slam/suplex can induce a concussion by sheer shock with the mat. You can literally get concussed from landing on your back or side.
      Plus if the force is great enough, you will still hit your head.
      There is a reason wrestling is the highest concussion sports. It sometimes comes from a few elbow, unintentional knees or head bumps, but the vast majority of the time by high crotch to lift, duck under, bodylock to lifts, double to lift, bad landing that always has a chance of happening in comp no matter what, suplexes.
      Now go get some IQ points.

    Which of his volumes on warrior collective coves suplexes?

  • @AuraKnight8
    @AuraKnight8 Рік тому

    The first one is done in a wrestling clinch and the Second one is done a BJJ clinch. The only difference is the position your in while crouching and popping up like a spring lifting them off the ground.

    Quick question, I know the absolute basics of breaking falls etc. So one day I got into a real fight, somebody did this on me, I broke fall, so I was alright, but he landed on his own arm behind my back and broke it. I have decided to learn grappling and wrestling now, (teaching myself due to covid), but how do you keep your arm behind the dummy and not hurt it after suplexing it? I don't wanna end up like that guy.
