i was wondering about that action base and the other ones, like is it possible to hang or stick it on the wall?instead of placing it on a desk or shelf. do u need screws to bind it on the wall?

I've got the MG Wing Gundam, and seeing your review of the Fenice Rinascita, I'm not sure it's a better overall model kit in my opinion. The added bulk seems like a deal-breaker, especially that of the shield. I don't remember having bad knees on the MG Wing (still one of my best engineered MG models to date), but I don't remember it being so back-heavy either. I do agree it makes more sense for Bandai to make a kit out of this than the normal Fenice because there's less effort to put into modifying an existing frame. This seems like a more straightforward conversion. Great review Jabman.
doing a custom paintjob on this kit now. I cant wait to see him assembled. oddly enough hyaku shiki is the first kit im buying when I clear out my backlog

Well I'm feeling far from sold on buying this MG. I currently own the HG 1/144 kit of the Finice Rinacita and I really enjoy it. But I don't see anything here that stands out over the HG. I could understand if I was that into inner frames and those extra fine details but the HG has all the same features and accessories and it a great looking kit. So basically I'm asking "Why should I buy this if I already have the HG"?
Alex Catchpole color separation, more parts, a bigger model, overall solidness, less sticker more transparent/color parts etc etc, the list goes on, in the end, its still up to personal preference :)
I know what the differences between MG and HG usually is... i wasn't asking that. I was asking for this specific kit if there was anything the MG brings special to the kit that would make it worth buying considering i already have the HG.
Well I ended up getting for Xmas. LOL. I probably will end up using the action base for another kit, though. I really wish I could find those action bases in stores but no one ever carries them that also carries Gundam models. Unless it's online. ***** What is so special about the Alba? just looks like a retro-recolor or this one. Honestly I love the Green color scheme of this one and the Alba just seems like a return to old TV wing color.
Lol i am your opposite. I hate the Rinascita! I love the original Wing Gundam Fenice and it's asymetrical style. Fenice looks like one of those mechs thats been through alot and has been patched up several times kind of like the Millenium Falcon. That half pink half green eyes adds alot of enigmatic presence. This Rinascita is just another pretty wing Gundam.
bandai gave you what you asked for? please, ask them for more master grade 00 kits, and i might be getting greedy, but i'd also like a master grade Forbidden and Abyss. AND A JUSTICE, GOD DAMNIT
i'm looking at my own comment 2 years later. and in retrospective, i DID GET A JUSTICE AND A PROVIDENCE. i would have expected the justice after the release of the freedom 2.0, but i seriously did not expect the providence. a pleasant surprise. AND THEY JUST ANNOUNCED THE MASTER GRADE DYNAMES FINALLY
Amazing effect with the blacklight, especially since given his behavior, one might not want to follow Fellini with a blacklight.
