So this video is in response to some comments I had referencing the Harbor Freight Drone and some how to issues. Well here is the instructions and a link is in the description. Hope this helps everyone. Its a fun drone and great starter drone. Thanks again everyone.
Where is the wifi in settings?
Figured out the camera. The button to the right of the video button accesses the pic & video storage. Then you can download them to your phone.

Ok so it a Wi-Fi connection not a Bluetooth connection. So on a android phone go into you Wi-Fi settings to connect to your drone. Works really good for a mini drone.
Can u show us how to connect the drone to the app
Being honest, mine has sat on the shelf so long the batteries are toast. I havent flown it in a long while.
I bought this drone after watching one of your videos. Im like you. I fly RC planes and not a drone person but wanted to try a drone. this drone is alot of fun and cant believe how good it is for $50.00. My son helped me get the camera set up. He used the manual and it wasnt to hard. The videos and pictures are really good.
This drone is pretty cool for the price and easy to get going. All you have to do is read the directions. I just enjoy playing around with it.
Great learner drone. We are new at all this so trial and error for us here...LOL
I would like to use the camera but have failed so far. what is the secret?
@@erikbender1 I am honestly not sure. Mine has not worked at all as well. Maybe I am doing something wrong myself. I just fly it and have fun with it on that end.
Michael Robertson what's the secret to linking the camera?
Newer version only comes with one battery. And no way to buy extra batteries. Bit of a bummer.
I lost the manual. Don't know what the controller does
I believe the app is no longer working for this particular drone from Harbor Freight. At least mine does not work anymore.
I'm confused y I watched a video of you reading the same manual I have in front of me. Because I still didn't learn how to get the WiFi to connect
Mine connected as I turned the drone on. You to have the app as well for the drone to work and connect. As for the app now with the one I have it is no longer available. That may be your problem. I am not a master at these drone just trying to help.

I never figured that out. its a cheap one so I just flew it to have some fun.
Hi, I just bought the same drone as you were just showing in your video. The instructions for charging the drone are incorrect. There is no place to plug in the USB micro charge cord on the side of this drone like the instructions say there is. I had to completely remove the battery out of the drone to charge it. I have not tried to fly it yet because I have never flown a drone before and I live in a condo cumminty with alot of buildings around, so I have to take it to a park with open space. It was a great price for this drone for a beginner like myself. I am only disappointed with the directions because the lack of crucial information.
Thats strange because I have 2 of these drones and both have the port on the side of the drone for charging. Not sure of why yours does not. As far as fly it, its not that hard once you get it trimmed out and stable. Good luck with it and Im sure you will enjoy it.
I've had several of these and the older ones had a plug in the side. the new ones don't

I just bought one and there is no side port. I came here looking for help with that.

Have you found that the Helicute App is no longer working? It seems that the app is now obsolete and I am thinking of returning the drone as a result. I bought it on clearance and have yet to have a successful flight. Your videos have been a great help but I suspect Helicute is no longer viable. TIA for any response.
Yeah I noticed that crap. This thing was fun to fly and great for beginners like myself. Sorry to hear that as well. Thanks for watching as always.

This video was as pointless as the instructions book in your video
The book is pretty straight forward but since the app no longer works, the drone is pointless to have anyway now. Was just trying to help.

@@mTs1978412 Thats good. Mine does not work any longer plus Ive upgraded to a large DJI anyway and it was worth the upgrade. That drone was a good starter drone for me. maybe not for everyone.
