Thank you for recognizing that Bathsheba had no say in what happened. David r8ped her. Sorry if that triggers anyone.
Also, always felt bad for Tamar. Having to play the prostitute to force Judah's hand in giving her her rights must have felt awful.

Doamne iarta-ne si nu ne uita in milostenia ta!!! Doamne da-mi cuget sa marturisesc pacatele mele si blandete sa nu osandesc pe aproapele meu. Doamne indrepteaza caile mele si ai mila de familia mea.

I have for a long time, been a follower of The Heavenly Father, and His Son Christ Jesus; have "NOT" really give much thought to The Genealogy of Christ Jesus. I have just believe without seeing, Believed in THE Holy Words of The King James Bible, have held onto my FAITH, Waited For God to Reveal His Plans for me. The mass confusion comes when people try to tell me that Christ Jesus' Genealogy started with Joseph, and go back through all the generations. This conclusion will "NEVER " be correct; for Joseph did not get Mary pregnant; God did. So, this leaves The Genealogy of Christ Jesus solely on the shoulders of Mary because Mary was Christ Jesus' MOTHER .Then we would start with Mary and go back through all the generations of Christ Jesus Bloodline. Here's where the mass confusion, comes into play; I'm fine, and right with you on your facts of The Bloodline leading up to Christ Jesus; starting with Tamar and ending with BathSheba; this is where the Bloodline stops cold. Yes, King David and BathSheba had a son, known as Solomon; and grew up to become a King himself. But, who did Solomon Marry, or take against her will to produce the offspring that would connect Mary The MOTHER of Christ Jesus, to King Solomon? I have never been able to find an answer to this question; the only conclusion we end up with is that The Bloodline ended with King Solomon. Is there some information that I missed, how does Mary connect with King Solomon? Is Mary a distant niece, cousin; how does Mary fit into this Bloodline. Help Me To Figure This Out. I mean "NO" Disrespect to no one.

Let’s look at the two different genealogies: Matthew’s (1:1-17) and Luke’s (3:23-38). Matthew traces Jesus’ lineage through Joseph, following Solomon’s line, which many believe establishes Jesus’ legal right to the throne as a descendant of King David. This was important in Jewish tradition because the father’s line determined royal rights. Even though Joseph wasn’t Jesus’ biological father, by marrying Mary, he became the legal guardian, making Jesus his legal heir.
Luke’s genealogy, however, is different. Many scholars believe that Luke’s account actually traces Mary’s lineage through David’s lesser-known son, Nathan. This would mean that Jesus is still a blood descendant of David, just through a different branch of the family tree. This connection makes Mary’s lineage significant because it fulfills the prophecy of Jesus coming from David’s line both legally (through Joseph) and biologically (through Mary).
So, to answer your question: Mary is connected to King David, but not through Solomon’s line. Instead, she’s connected through Nathan, David’s other son. This explains how Jesus is from David’s bloodline without Joseph being involved biologically. It’s fascinating because God orchestrated both lines to lead to Jesus, one for the legal right and one for the biological bloodline.
I hope this explanation helps clear up some of the confusion?

When you said in the narrative that none of us are insignificant, I cried. I have been feeling down, a failure. You have turned my eyes back towards Jesus by telling of these miraculous women

And what fact-based evidence is there that these women did anything remarkable?

      Good question.
These women were included in Jesus’ genealogy for a reason. For example, Rahab showed incredible courage by helping the Israelite spies, and Ruth’s loyalty to Naomi led her to become part of the lineage of King David and, ultimately, Jesus. Their stories aren’t just about their actions but also about how God used them in powerful ways despite their circumstances.

@@thy-bible-teaching "Ruth’s loyalty to Naomi led her to become part of the lineage of King David "
Was that the same David who prayed to God to help him kill another human being? That would be quite a lineage. It says a lot about how God plays favorites.

This is an amazing story but one part I must disagree with.
Bethsheba was a willing partner she bathed in view of the king on his walk.
Bethsheba came willingly to David and was part to David' action with Uriah.
We can see God's plan through all these events it was no accident but a wonderful story of Grace and mercy.

Thanks for sharing your Thoughts! It’s definitely a story with a lot of layers. I see where you're coming from, but some people view Bathsheba’s situation differently because of the power imbalance between a king and his subject. When it says in 2 Samuel 11:4 that David “sent and took her,” it could mean Bathsheba didn’t have much choice in the matter.
Regardless of how we interpret it, I agree-it’s amazing to see God’s grace and mercy shine through even amid all the human mistakes. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts! 🙏
