The fact that Chick-fil-A is going to make a video it's just beside the point. The whole point that this video is bringing out is this, what do c mean on the outside but the people you are interacting with, is just a side note. You do not know the true story behind either that smiling or sad face. You can make a difference and someone's life! All it takes is a kind word, a smile, or for holding the door open. The impact of the kind deed could then make Ripple effects that were touched so many more than you ever imagined!
Yes, everyone has a story, but if I tried typing my story of 62 years alive for my story I'd be awake for days if not weeks typing my saga here and would probably depress me more than I already am 😢
You clearly do not have any corporate experience or training in the most basic elements of business finance, so let me spell it out to you.... If they only care about making millions, then why are they closed on one of the busiest days of the week for fast food???????????? It is because of their values of family first and worship....... And btw, they will remain closed on Sundays as long as any of the family members are in charge of the company.
It is a training film for their employees. How would you like to job of training a bunch of hormone driven gen-y'ers to provide great customer service? (which they do)
The cow's story is so tragic, it cannot be published.
The dad blames his daughter for the death of his wife was the worst/saddest one. I guess it sort of tied with the 50th anniversary one too though.

Is this damage control or just a heavy-handed attempt at showing how much Chic-fil-A cares?
Jim Hebrank hi
It’s actually used in training for employees. They show it to us at our orientation to help us get into the proper mindset.
Right?! I hear you.

Hilarious!
I do not understand why Chick-fil-A chose to make this video.
Did you ever find out?
I heard it was for the purpose of training their employees
It’s a training video about empathy and treating everyone with respect. Something we definitely need these days.
