I think for the pageant the 2nd one would be the best bc it rlly complements you, and looks so good! But u should totally keep the blue one for another occasion!

Jessakae dresses are more suitable for some other occasion not a pageant. You should go with something more form fitting and which accentuates your features and body shape.
The dresses you are choosing do not suit your body shape. You keep picking dresses which cut you off just above the hips and below the waist which is unflattering and is making you look bigger. You are not fat, but those styles do not suit you. My suggestion is to try a halter neck dress or one that flares out from the waist without a seam going horizontally - you should be aiming for vertical seams. Good luck, you are beautiful and smart ❤
