      You need to press in a new camber bushing in the rear to correct the camber ... SPC Alignment makes the bushing (www.spcalignment.com/component/spc/?task=part_description&pid=28855®ion=USA&make=Mercedes-Benz&model=C-Class&year=2016%20-%202016&from=USAFrom&to=USATo)

    Hey @jpronline, awesome video! I'm considering putting the H&R 45/35 lowering springs on my S205 (standard-line) At the moment i got 19x8,5'' ET42 with 235/35 tires and there is a fairly amount/a lot of clearance to the fenders. Do you think the wheels will rub the fender with the lowering kit? And would it be a problem to drive with a small trailer behind? 😃 Hope you can help since I unfortunately can't find any answers on the web :(

    Hey I have a c205 2017 4matic with 20” wheels. Do u think mine will rub? I’d really appreciate your help as I just got the same springs but debating for my install tomorrow.

      On a 20" wheel setup there will be some rubbing however if you roll the fender and add just a bit more camber to the front it will clear.

      Sounds like the spring isolators weren't placed in properly. Make sure the springs arent binding then check on those rubber isolators.

    I just got the same exact springs on my c205 for over a month now, but my fronts are 1 finger gap higher than my rear. Anyone have the problem?

    • @Jrponline
      @Jrponline  Рік тому

      We've installed a few of these , it takes time for the springs to settle some times (1-2 days) but they usually have a small gap on OEM wheels.

    My car has the factory sport suspension and it looks just like that. i dont see any difference with h&r.

    • @Jrponline
      @Jrponline  Рік тому +4

      Well the major difference with H&R is going to be the spring rate and the fact its a more linear spring rate. A 1" drop is not always that noticeable but the increased turn in, the reduction in body roll and the way the car feels more balanced is why so many owners upgrade. Mercedes Sport suspension is a great marketing exercise but the reality is their cars are always under-dampened. In the end that's what make them sooo comfy!
