Or is it just soemthing that's there in place of the old tissue under soem gaffer tape to kill any top end ringing from the snare. Obviously there's that mic pointed at the snare that's all baffled up to stop hi-hat bleed, and the snare of course doesn't sound like it's triggered, I just don't know what that thing is and it's annoying me hah.
