I have watched different tutorial videos still can't fix the rope for my 2 machines. Both rope decided they will cut the same day. I bought elastic the roll and I have used up to half yet it keeps cutting. If it's too free I tighten it and when sewing it just cut. And if it's too tight, it just removes from the wheel. It's frustrating. I have customers clothes toake and I have be battling with it since morning and now it's 5:30pm, I couldn't even make any dress today. Pls help. I measured 30" yet same problem and there's no one around to help me out

Hi. I've followed the instructions but whenever i match the machine moves but when i try to sew with a cloth the machine doesn't move when I'm matching it. I've even given it to a repairer and he tested it but whenever i take it come it doesn't move. I've changed the rope severally too and it's a new machine. What do i do
I will advise that you don't use a cloth to sew for now, try practicing with only your machine. Once that has been mastered you can try sewing with a piece of fabric

I doubt that it will, you may need to straighten it out to keep sewing.

Yes, it removes often when it is slack, or when you don't tie it firmly.

A simple half inch wide elastic was used. 25 inches for the length should do

That’s because it it too loose. Try to tighten it a bit. Try using an elastic of 25 inches in total and let me know how that goes🤍
