I bought those condition rings about a year ago. They’re the best. I’d love to see them make a second set for specific spells and abilities (bardic inspiration, please).
Ive been using the conditions rings for almost a year and a half now and I love them. I didnt know that they had health potions as well so I will definitely be picking those up
I own some condition rings which are very nice indeed and helpful for me as a busy DM there are plenty of different people making them so shop around for the best prices. As to the Potions, well I like crafting so I make my own potions in small crafting bottles which I fill with various coloured resins, Cutting up popsicle sticks and painting them I make Trade bars of various denominations.
For anyone with a bit of a tighter budget, a year or two ago I came across someone who had 3D printer designs for the rings for free. A library near me printed out about 3 dozen rings for about $5 for me. I'm sure these for sale are much higher quality, but the printed ones work great for me.
Also, not quite as cheap but one of my players took small bottles she found at a craft store and put d4's inside them for various types of healing potions. It's super fun to uncork a bottle and roll out your healing =)
Not sure if that is the set of condition rings we have at the table in my IRL game, they are at least similar and extremely useful. Those potions I may have to buy to at least test out.
I also like others backed Lynx condition ring Kickstarter and have been super impressed. I did not know about the healing potion product will have to jump on those as well.
These are great. We still play in person but we've moved to a digital format (screen at the end of the table). I'd still like to give characters something when they are effected by a condition so I could use these are hand them a card. Any suggestion for condition cards?
I DM via zoom and show battle map on a webcam. Been using the ring from soda bottles etc but I did encounter the issue of forgetting what color is what so that condition ring would be awesome
The Condition rings are great - a few people in the D&D group I help run have them. Odd question, what does "nitch" mean? Is that American slang? Not heard it before.
They're missing the Prone condition. Maybe that would have been better inclusion, at least for completeness, and the class exclusive Hexed or Hunters Mark could have been skipped.
Dunno - seems to me prone is easily indicated (and also truer to the actual condition) by turning the mini on its side. Hex and Hunter’s Mark are common spells and moreover have recurring effects (the d6 damage bump) that can be annoying to remember.
I understand the usefulness of these rings but anyone who is taking good notes should be able to keep track of things. If anything, just one or two more things to knock off a table if you aren't careful. The problem with the potions is what if you have multiple potions like giant strength or acid flask. Do you have bottles and dice for those as well?
Dang, that price seems really steep. I got the CZYY Condition rings for $20 a little over a year ago with the same ring count inside a cool spell book box. (Just checked, they're $29 now ) Lets go Brandon!
Also with hair ties, they would get misplaced less often as you or a player can put them on wrists like the monk can have a few stunned on the wrist ready to go and no we don't forget which is which cuz we got a master key of each stapled to a piece of cardboard and each player has a mini key that has color and effect next to it

So this was made much more amusing by the fact that Axe Body Spray is called Lynx here in the UK
I bought rings like those a couple years ago from someone on Etsy; can't remember who. It could still be in my order history. They're really helpful!
Our dm uses a similar ring system and it helps quite a bit with the tracking. Especially good for concentration.

I have a version of the condition rings but I like yours better. Yours seem much easier to read than mine. I may have to upgrade
Just got a different set of condition rings for my birthday from my wife. We used them for the first time on Mon. PCs really enjoyed them..
I bought some! (through the affiliate link too). I'm super excited to get both sets!
I bought the conditions rings on amazon in france and I am very happy with them. Sad the potions are not available here.

I backed Lynx when they had their kickstarter for the condition rings

I have a set of these they are excellent For DM’s Try and remember everyone’s conditions
I've had gotten similar items from Etsy creators. Not as high end but they work for me.
I DM via zoom and show battle map on a webcam. Been using the ring from soda bottles etc but I did encounter the issue of forgetting what color is what so that condition ring would be awesome
The condition rings are a good idea. But i have dungeon bones. Condition poker chips.
The healing potions are neat but not worth it imho i give my characters magic item cards for their potions.
Condition rings are awesome best ones out there in my opinion. I don't think I'd use the potions
Cool! I'm getting them!

An alternate pronunciation of the word "niche".

Love the condition rings but at almost $100 CAD definitely not in the budget. Brutal.

Those other potions don’t have dice associated with them.
I use paper minis so I don't think this will work for me. I also have a 12 sided d4s and prefer them to any other d4 I've tried.
Uh the potion thing is a pass as well cuz they are kinda small and look like a massive choking hazard for pets
The rings are fantastic but the potions tokens aren´t that helpful imo.

Eh I'll l stick with my free soda/sports drink bottle rings
Or in a pinch some super cheap colored stretchy hair rings
