- In this video, we explore the history and culture of the African diaspora in Asia, from Pakistan to Papua New Guinea. We will learn about the different ways in which these communities have been shaped by their African ancestry, From Afro-Sri Lankan, to the Siddi of india, and the Makranis of Pakistan, learn how they have contributed to the cultural fabric of their adopted countries.
Also the black struggle of the dark skinned Asians of the islands. From Southern Thailand to Bougainville.
This video is essential viewing for anyone interested in learning more about the diversity of Asia and the rich history of the African diaspora. It is also a timely reminder of the importance of celebrating Black History Month and all that it represents.
Don’t forget the Dravidians nearly 400 mil ppl in india are of mixed c group Nubian (see prof bb Lal studies in upper Egypt) and Austro-Asiatic (Australoid) descent both of which are Black/African in origin. The aborigines and many Tamil both claim African descent as well.
