The reason y Elliot doesn’t translate to a hip hop audience is because he looks like an old square. Just the facts, people don’t even know who he is, & never actually care when they eventually do find out.
If anything, Elliott is one of the Hip Hop journalist/media elder statesmen on this list, and it’s rightfully deserved.
