Raise your head high by fellow 80s lovers, for the time of the villain is upon us! Let us all celebrate this day with roaring Bwahaha's and see our favorite baddies covered!❤
I miss the 80s sure we didn't have the internet but we had these amazing cartoons our toys and the great outdoors for our imagination to run amok in..Think about it we actually can say we have watched the world change like our great grand parents did when they went from horses to cars or before planes.
Skeletor was pretty smart. Like all '80s cartoons he was played as a buffoon but very smart. Very inaccurate to call him not the smartest as he is easily one of the smartest villains.
this is quite the list of villains. and I could toss in a few more to that list too. Lord Tirac - My Little Pony G1 Katrina Stoneheart - Pound Puppies The Dark Princess - Rainbow Brite Murky Dismal - Rainbow Brite Professor Cold Heart - Care Bears Lady Bane - Adventures of the Gummi Bears Magica De Spell - Ducktales Flintheart Glomgold - Ducktales Ma Beagle - Ducktales Eric Raymond - Jem and the Holograms King Koopa - The Super Mario Bros Super Show Mother Brain - Captain N: The Game Master
I wouldn't consider Koopa one from that series. He was more of a gag, going with whatever gag trope the episode was about. The SMB3 cartoon is a different story, but that came in the 90's
This was only revealed in the 2002 Motu reboot and iirc in one of the comics. We didn't know about this in the 80s watching TV. But as you are technically correct (and technically correct is the best kind of correct) props.
Man the 80’s were diverse with cartoon villains. I think Mumm-Ra and Mon*Star scared me the most as a kid, because of their battle-mode transformations they assumed since they were scary already, but got even scarier when they transformed.
@@censorshipsucks9493 Well, apples and oranges. Plus the good guy and bad guy dynamic was made into cops vs robbers, since the Silver Hawks were law enforcement while Mon*Star and his Mob were criminals instead of it being a sword and planet dynamic like Thundercats. I mean Power Rangers also shifted dynamics into law enforcement vs criminal dynamic with Time Force and SPD.
Yeah, there are a ton of similar errors scattered throughout the video - enough to wonder if the script was actually written by someone who watched the programs.
You're splitting hairs. He's probably just using it as a blanket term. It wasn't a toy, comic book, or video game, so.. and as you said, played on a table top....LIKE a board game. Boggle, Battleship etc.. would also fall under that banner even though they don't use an actual "board".

cool villain roundup. would have been nice to also include Queen of the Crown from The Galaxy Rangers, Overlord from Spiral Zone and Metlar from The Inhumanoids.
Had an idea for an audio play that was about Skeletor, Mumm-Ra, Cobra Commander, Megatron and Gargamel living in a retirement commune for elder villains. They’d still be the same self sabotaging idiots. But now they primarily have feuds with cliques of other, “lesser” retired villains. They also spend a lot of time bemoaning the current state of villainy with the current crop of “first run” baddies. When it all gets to be too much, they often resort to pranking their old enemies-the retired heroes who haven’t exactly aged all too well.
would b very funny and nostalgic;you defo have to pitch your idea to wherever you can do it(i have no clue how or where you can do such a thing tho) it makes for great dialoges and crazy interactions no doubt. it is kinda like the last toy story where all the villians go to that 'aa' kinda group but then much more in debt

When you talk about Optimus prime and Megatron, you are wrong. They wereP. Not if you go by the original original series. And the original series when the aerial bots go back in time, they meet Orion Pax. At that time is just a dockworker. He meets Megatron and then Megatron shoots him. And then he is rebuilt into Optimus prime and his girlfriend is built into Alita one. So no they were not brothers by the original transformers cartoon 80s timeline.

90 seconds in you already had an error. Skeletor isn't a skeleton. He's a being whose face was disintegrated to the skull. His body is fully intact
