What a beautiful tribute! Dolly is one of the sweetest people! They don't make them like Dolly, Tammy, and Loretta anymore. And country music isn't country anymore.
I was fortunate to be at Tammy's Memorial Service so I saw all this Live! It was a beautiful service for a beautiful lady. Dolly was beautiful. I loved Tammy and made the trip to Nashville to pay my respects. Thanks for posting this.
I saw her at my High school. I didn't even know I would be going there, it was my first year. I was 16 yrs.old. She and George Jones, several country singers. It was a good night. George wrote his name on my arm. When i took a bath I'd hold my arm out of the tub. Took weeks to wear off.😃
Dolly is truly a lady. She is a person who loves her friends and has the ability to make others feel completely at home. She shares her love for God, family, friends and her fans. Dolly is like Elvis, she will always be remembered for her music and kindness to others. I get the impression that she never judges anyone. We love you, Dolly! You will never be forgotten. 🥰
Dolly! Never will be another like her. What a true performer! I'm crying just listening to her and she is able to keep her emotions under control for her Dear Friend Tammy Wynette. I remember when Tammy was so sick and Loretta Lynn said she didn't know what she was gonna do when she lost Tammy. Three of the Very Best there ever was, these Women of Country Music. Thanks to God For them.!
You're so, so right Sir, beauty beyond compare. A true version of total Love. As Was Tammy, her dear, dear friend. We lost An Angel, but we still have Dolly.

Tammy was a big part of my childhood. My mom used to sing her songs when my sisters, brother and I were kids. We would just sit there and be astonished by her voice. She had a beautiful voice. ❤ rest in heaven Tammy
Poor Dolly she seems broke up, hesitating now and then throughout her speech. Great gals. Loretta too, sad she couldn't make it, she all broke up too. Country is always my favorite, grew up with it in my parents home. My daddy would put those same Albums on every weekend. Dolly's sounds are of gospel from them old Tennessee hills.

As another commenter already said : I thank the Lord who let me live the 60s thru the 70s and most of maybe the 80s , before "city-fied" country took over ....
