Waterspout Forms Near Boat on Lake Erie - 09/13/2022

A stunning waterspout developed offshore of Port Glasgow, ON on Sept. 13, 2022 just before 9AM. The spout developed in close proximity to a boat that was passing by and lasted about 10 minutes, exhibiting an impressive spray ring for much of its life cycle.

how can we be sure that the waterspout spawned near the boat, and not the boat being spawned near the waterspout? I am skeptical 😗
