    Is there a reason for the order that you do your workouts in? As in running before/after biking or lifting

      definitely a reason! whenever I have a weights workout I need to do, I always do weights first. I want my power/effort to be the strongest when breaking down and building muscle. and then any endurance activity will come after to 'empty' the tank. it's way easier for me to do weights before any cardio than after.
