How do payment and contracts really work? I am sure it's not set up. where the creator owns everything, and it is in his name, and then you set it by computer and hope they send you 50%.

so essentially as a growth operator, you find a big creator---> "build" them their online course (they make the videos) add it to Skool, add the payment options etc., "build" their community via Discord, drive traffic to this course via organic content + paid ads? Then you just take a cut of that? Sounds too good to be true

You build, run, and maintain the community. Replying to inquiries, handling issues, creating events, creating new courses (have the influencer record but you edit). Also, you do all the marketing within their social media in order to get people to buy into the community. That takes a lot of work and DMs.
