I agree with learning as you go. I’ve honestly been wanting to get into a lot of stuff; freelance copywriting, smma, remote closing/sales, selling people’s courses, digital marketing, freelance video editing, car flipping, biz consulting. All of it. I don’t have time to go learn each individual one and then take action. I like the idea of taking action then learning as you and this Growth Operating Model really allows for all of that to happen and this is something I’ve never really considered but this sort of groups all of it into one where you get a lot more money rather than just doing one thing.

So the community is just teaching people resselling but helping them on other aspects of life to help build their own lifestyle

Most creators like myself can lose creativity when having to do all the backend work it can burn a person out. It’s all about partnership. You can go far alone but with a partner you can take to next level. I know I don’t always feel like doing everything it can slow down progress trying to do everything yourself

Is it acceptable for creators to have only a 50% profit share? While the initial consultation and setup stages are very valuable, as a growth operator, our ongoing contribution diminishes over time. How would you justify keeping that 50/50 profit split?

because if you are on the backend doing all the work and the creator is just using their voice in the paid communities to make it more interactive they will have no idea how to run the community if they just completely disregard you and do it themselves. also forming a good relationship with them would help.

Ignore the old UA-cam name, but I have been looking into this for a while and already found my creator. The deal I made with them was a 50/50 split up to a certain amount, in my case being 100k. For example... Once the community hits 200k monthly revenue total, My income will stay at 100k while theirs continues to grow, as they keep everything past the 100k. Idk any sane person that needs more than 100k a month lol but you can always find another client which will double your potential income.

It seems like they both emerged at the same time. IPGA is designed to focus more on monetizing industry professionals with much smaller audiences. The primary focus of IPGA is the creation of educational courses and scaling from a small base. The Growth Operator model focuses on a more explosive and more immediate income producing venture into paid communities. IPGA and Growth Operation are nearly identical, but different overall focuses with extremely similar processes.
I took the entire IPGA masterclass and am full sending it into being a Growth Operator. Building up the most successful foundation ever, this is going to be fun :)

I don’t get this model. It wouldn’t be too hard for the Creator to do this themselves & keep 100% profit
People pay for convenience. The guy I'm working with is all about automation and not having to work too hard on other things. If you carry yourself as just a worker they have to look after instead of a Growth Operations Partner that can handle yourself and make their life convenient, then you'll continue to have this mindset
