I’ve never seen a cop be so friendly after clocking someone at that sort of speed. You get pulled over for going 80 in ct and they act like you robbed a bank.
understandably so, is it hard to stay at or below the limit? no people just have no patience or care. Speeders should spend the night in jail and then they would start following the rules 100% I bet
She was happy to be arrested, she was ultra calm (where as most people... even normal law obiding, wouldn't normally drive 140 mph) would be at least a little rattled or hyper or defensive et..., didn't want her phone, didn't care what happened to her car that she just bought... A lot of times people who are normally more animate or neurotic have "flipped" they become very calm and blah... because they have made up their mind and made their choice. They don't care about anything anymore because they know their "troubles are over" because the have decided this is the end. You very well may ne right.
She said her friends were happy and looking at each other. Attraction? Was she romantically attracted to one, and became despondent after seeing her hopes dashed?
This was in a way really sad, you could tell she's definitely going through something really hard, her eyes were just empty. Shout out to these officers for being so kind to her!
That cop deserves an A+ for his calm interaction with the driver and not escalating the problem. Plus, he made sure she was doing okay and not under the influence. Wonderful interaction. Give him a raise.

Thank you, at last in the comments someone who saw the same person I saw. yes she was at fault but no she's no scum, she's not a manipulative criminal. People commenting have almost zero empathy. This video is not a feel good cop arrestation, it's a sad video showing a sad-troubled person arrested by a good and competent cop.
Yeah, saying she felt something off about the people she was seeing, sounds like classic psychosis, perhaps schizophrenia. When you think you know things that you can't possibly know, paranoid delusions. Hope she got help.
Apparently she went to visit friends in Austin but left to go back to Fargo because they were acting weird. That's a 5hr drive just to be disappointed. By the way she was driving and her indifferent reaction to being arrested, you can tell there is something deeper that's bothering her. You can tell from looking at her eyes and behavior. Get well, Amy.
She's strung out, or maybe mental health.. Did you catch why she said they were acting weird?? She left them.. and took their stuff.. bc they were 'laughing & smiling.. and looking at each other'.. that is what she told the Officer they did that weirded her out & caused her to leave.
I kind of feel like the officer was more concerned with her wellbeing than the charges. He kept saying this is strange. Maybe he wanted to take her in just to make sure she was ok. She wouldn't even look them in the eye. Wish we knew the what happened with her friends. It was almost like she was running from that situation.
There is something profoundly sad about her. Thankfully no one was hurt. Hope she got things together. Snaps to the cops for being so kind to her despite the circumstances.
@@CordovaMage I hate this argument. If the guy was acting the same as her (quiet, apathetic, polite), it would go the same way. The reason why the approach was calm was because she was already pulled over out of gas by the time they arrived.

Well, I wanted to blow off steam and as it was ~2am, and nobody around, I decided to see how fast my car would go, for the thrill, I guess. Well, I got a ticket for 124 in a 55 that night and had to get my car towed, and go to court over it. Fortunately, as the cops saw I had a CAC or Common Access Card for the military base, they gave me a break and didnt arrest me for it, as I may have lost my job (contractor with security clearance). Bad relationship back then made me speed and do dumb shit, so I can definitely see her doing the same.
Most cars can go up to 120, squads go up to 140. I drive a cab, we drive old police cars & I've only seen the speedometer only goes up to 140 regular cars 120. Other then that Idk, I'm just speaking of what I see. I opened up my old squad on the interstate to 100, came back down to 60, felt like I wasn't even moving. Thank god no cops were on the interstate nor did anyone report me, I was just curious lol.
The fact that she seems really depressed made me nervous, because at one point she kept getting closer and closer to the edge of the bridge until the officers stopped her.

@@coolkidjtx what the hell are you talking about? She never argued that she thought it was perfectly fine to go 137. She clearly had a gross disregard for the law and even stated so more than once! I’m sure the robbery will end immediately.
When she asked the officer how was his day. She obviously needed someone to lean on. What ever she may be going through i pray that it gets better for her!

I lost my best friend ( we grew up together ) to suicide. She jumped off a very high bridge. The right to possess a gun
The ability to hunt with a gun
The right to vote
The ability to hold office
The ability to serve on a jury
The ability of immigrants to remain in the United States
So with a Class F its right in the middle of the pact with all the levels in Wisconsin. Unfortunately she fucked up by admitting she was trying to flee from the police officer which classify this particular case as a felony. However if she just pulled over it wouldn't of been that kind of charge.
@@Steelwolf579 12 years for speeding? That's totally fucked up. I mean, I would get if someone got hurt or killed, but by speeding on a highway? That's not reasonable at all. If you did that in Germany, you would receive a money fine and have your license revoked and you have to undergo psychic analysis to proof you are suitable for driving. But you wouldn't go to prison. In order to end up in prison, you would have to keep re-offending and even then its not going to be 12 years - unless you killed or hurt someone because of your driving. She cut him off, and told him why, and he brought someone he barely knew, but who had a gun, to my house. I happened to have someone else at my house with me at the time, and when he discovered that, they left without coming in. Later, he told me he had planned to kill me, because i had fucked up his meth connection.
There are so many things wrong with his perspective in that situation, that i don't even need to point out. And, as i said, it's just one of several stories i could tell about meth related psychopathy.
