Based on this design I think we need two more tubes required for middle support and kindly make a video based on a theoretical calculation for design weldment. So which force acting on it where it is bending and all kindly do that...

How do you keep the extrude from being calculated into the weight? I'm trying to get an accurate weight and Solidworks views the extrusion as a solid piece of steel.
Suppressing the extrude is probably the easiest way. Click on the extrude in the modeling tree, then click the icon that looks like a blue box moving down and becoming a clear box.

That was great, but the question I have is: The dimensions the wire frame you use to build the weldments structural member is not the accurate total dimension because its measured from the middle of the metal tube. How can you get it so the wire frame is the edge of the metal tube? Having trouble trying to articulate that but does anyone get what I mean?

I think there should be (2) mid upright tubes at dimension 1100 at the start of angle 110 deg. down to the bottom 3000 tube. For extra support.

Your instruction is completely wrong. Control A then convert entities does not work as you state. Your leaving something out. Your in 3D sketch mode some how as you convert entities. But you never mention this or how to get there. I've spent 1.5 hours trying to figure out what your doing. No success.
