Put a pultec compressor on it. That's what I think.
So why he still sound fugazi on "Staying Alive" ?
I love these video series man! I would love to see what eminem's vocal chain is... I think that would be a great challenge for you to find out
It's pretty much the same. C800G to Neve to CL1B or LA2A and/or 1176 is pretty much industry standard these days, assuming it suits the vocalist's voice. In other words, not everyone uses this chain, but it's a fairly common chain with most major Hip Hop artists.
I'm subscribing in the hope you'll get us the Kuk Harrell vocal chain ✅
working with cheap gear is great until you're in the big studio with a list artist and they find out it doesn't sound as good😂🎉
The only reason I avoid The sony headphones is because the cables are not removable. If the cable goes bad you can just buy a new one instead of spending the time to fix them yourself.
Yeah man the Sony is sick but you should check out my fav mic the lewitt 540 subzero
My fav song is “flights booked”
I definitely would like to have you on my show soon!
I love Sweetwater. Fav ufckin’ company. I just scooped up Warm Audio’s version/Sony clone: WA-8000 😈👌🏽 Can’t wait to feed it thru the Apollo & plugs u mentioned.
Let us know how it sounds. I've heard it's brittle but I'm guessing they weren't using it right
I just found you, very cool, I will be watching...
wa-8000 $1100 - WA-1073 clone pre amp $699- Wa- CA1b clone - $1100 - apollo twin $900 , best vocal chaing for less than $4000
❤️ Nice
Thank you!
I like the part where he casually glosses over the use of an SSL 4000 in the chain. 😂
fr that takes it to a $65k vocal chain
@@abdo should it even be worth that high? lol
Nice
Thank you!
It’s not hard to find lol it’s been out for years
Bro I paid 20 bucks for his chain and a bunch of others like Ariana Grande and The Weeknd and Justin Bieber
Hardware aside, you can really get the same results with just some tweaking.
Nice!!!! Lovin' what you are doing with your channel! New Subby. Sony 7506 Yes!!!! I really like my ATH-M50X. Also, the ATH-M40X for 99 bucks are excellent headphones. Little less bass response than the ATH-M50X, but very solid and def worth the $.
TLM 103 All Day 🎙
There's nothing wrong with that!
I saw that price of the vocal chain, 😲 omg
bae 1073 is the closet to the real thing
I can get the u87 mics all day for $2,000
That's an awesome deal.
I'm confused - transient designer for vocals??
Also Scratch vox on a U87 LOL - Me after I just got my U87 🫠 - ELAM 251 is grail now. Ffs it doesn't stop does it 🤣 U87 will be more than enough until then.
I would assume they put the sustain knob up a touch to increase the presence of the vocal.
The links in your description need to be fixed
Yeah I am pretty sure Drake could produce a viral hit on a dollar store pair of headphone using reverse polarity...he can afford a $20,000 vocal chain set up...Hey Drake if you need my service you know where I am...ha ha...
If your trying to go get such sound using plugins it won’t be possible
